The Everton left-back has been one of the most impressive creators from defence over the last four Gameweeks.

The Frenchman has supplied 11 goalscoring chances in that period, more than any other defender.

He has also led his rivals for successful crosses, tallying 11 again.

This suggests he has been very unlucky not to earn any assists.

Set-piece threat

Digne's creative potential in Fantasy has been boosted by two key factors.

The 25-year-old has secured a regular role for Everton in recent matches, having previously failed to start until Gameweek 4.

He also appears to have surpassed Gylfi Sigurdsson (£7.5m) for dead-ball duties.

Digne has taken 17 of the Toffees’ 25 corner kicks from Gameweeks 9-12.

Home fixtures

When assessed against his early-season displays, the former Barcelona defender's prospects have improved markedly.

He created only nine chances and completed 11 crosses in the first eight Gameweeks.

It is also worth noting that only 1.8 per cent of managers own the Everton left-back.

And he now embarks on a run of three home matches in the next four Gameweeks.

Marco Silva's side welcome Cardiff City, Newcastle United and Watford to Goodison Park.

This suggests Digne has both the form and the fixtures to immediately reward managers on the lookout for a cut-price defender.
