The Premier League has issued an invitation to tender (ITT) for live rights to all 380 Premier League matches per season for three or six seasons (2022/23–2024/25 or 2022/23–2027/28) in 23 European territories.

The relevant territories are:

  • Albania
  • Armenia, Belarus and Moldova
  • Afghanistan (on a non-exclusive basis), Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan
  • Belgium (on an exclusive basis) together with Luxembourg (on a non-exclusive basis)
  • Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia
  • Bulgaria
  • Cyprus
  • Czech Republic
  • Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
  • France and Monaco (on an exclusive basis) together with Andorra, Luxembourg and Switzerland (on a non-exclusive basis)
  • Georgia
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Iceland
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Portugal, Azores and Madeira
  • Romania
  • Russia
  • Slovakia
  • Spain (on an exclusive basis) and Andorra (on a non-exclusive basis)
  • Turkey
  • Ukraine

Interested parties should contact the Premier League at international@premierleague.com in order to request a copy of the ITT.
