As the Premier League title race heats up, Matchweek 16 promises to deliver plenty more drama at the top of the table as well as the bottom.

The action kicked off in style on Friday as Brentford scored two late goals to beat Watford. But there is plenty more to come on Saturday and Sunday.

At the top of the table, Manchester City will continue their title challenge at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers. City have won their last five Premier League matches and are storming through their winter schedule. Wolves, on the other hand, conceded a heartbreaking stoppage-time winner to Liverpool in their last match.

Chelsea seek an instant response from their derby defeat at West Ham United when they host Leeds United.
