Bruno Fernandes underlined his importance to Manchester United once again with his second-half performance at West Ham United.

With his team trailing 1-0 at the break, Fernandes came off the bench and inspired a magnificent turnaround as the visitors ultimately triumphed 3-1.

Including the assist for Paul Pogba's equaliser, the Portuguese created eight chances, the most in a 45-minute Premier League appearance for almost 13 years.

That contribution made Fernandes an automatic pick as the competition's all-time leading goalscorer, Alan Shearer, chose his Team of the Week.
