Tottenham Hotspur have agreed a season-long loan deal with Real Betis for Argentina international midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.
The deal includes an option for last season's UEFA Champions League finalists to make the transfer permanent.
The 23-year-old becomes Spurs' third senior summer signing and the fourth Argentinian in the squad, playing under his countryman Mauricio Pochettino.
Spurs kick off their campaign against Aston Villa at 17:30 BST on Saturday.
