PREMIER LEAGUE TROPHY HUNT PROMOTION COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COMPETITIONS: The Premier League Trophy Hunt Promotion (“Promotion”) is an online game which gives Entrants (defined below) the ability to enter seven (7) competitions (together, the “Competitions”). It is run via http://trophyhunt.premierleague.com/ and shared on PL owned and operated digital media and social media channels and associated PL Summer Series channels and sponsored by the Football Association Premier League Limited, company number 02719699, of Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (“PL”). US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., 625 Panorama Trail, Suite 2100, Rochester, NY 14625 (“Administrator”) will administer the Competition. Any person who enters one of the Competitions is defined as an “Entrant” and entry into any of the Competitions is defined as an “Entry”.

The Premier League Trophy Hunt Philadelphia Sweepstakes

a) Philadelphia Sweepstakes: Eligibility: The Premier League Trophy Hunt Philadelphia Sweepstakes (“Philadelphia Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are age 18 and older and legally reside in one (1) of the following counties in the state of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania (collectively, the “Philadelphia Trophy Area”):

b) Philadelphia Sweepstakes: Entry Period: The Philadelphia Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, June 29, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, July 20, 2023 (the “Philadelphia Entry Period”).

C) Philadelphia Sweepstakes: How to Enter:

Step One: During the Philadelphia Entry Period, use your mobile device to visit http://trophyhunt.premierleague.com/ (the “Promotion Website”) and follow the instructions to enable AR access and access to your mobile device;
Step Two: If you legally reside in the Philadelphia Trophy Area, select “Philadelphia” as your city;
Step Three: Use the Promotion Website’s trophy map to locate one (1) of the twenty (20) augmented reality (“AR”) trophy locations hidden around the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area (each, a “Philadelphia Trophy”) and follow the instructions to place the Philadelphia Trophy in your cabinet;
Step Four: Upon finding and placing a Philadelphia Trophy in your cabinet, tap the “Enter” button to access the Philadelphia Sweepstakes entry form. Complete the Philadelphia Sweepstakes entry form in its entirety and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Philadelphia Sweepstakes (the “Philadelphia Entry”).

Each Philadelphia Trophy found and placed in your cabinet thereafter, for the remainder of the Philadelphia Entry Period, will result in an additional Philadelphia Entry. There is a limit of twenty (20) Philadelphia Entries per person. Incomplete or inaccurate Philadelphia Entries shall be deemed void. Philadelphia Entries must be received between 12:00:01 AM ET on Thursday, June 29, 2023 and 11:59:59 PM ET on Thursday, July 20, 2023. d) Philadelphia Sweepstakes: Prize / Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) / Odds: There is one (1) Philadelphia Sweepstakes Prize (the “Philadelphia Prize”) available to be won. One (1) Philadelphia Prize winner will receive two (2) VIP tickets to the Premier League Summer Series Fulham vs Brentford match and the Newcastle United vs Aston Villa match scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA. The ARV of the Philadelphia Prize is $320. Odds of winning the Philadelphia Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible Philadelphia Entries received.

e) Philadelphia Sweepstakes: Random Drawing & Prize Award: The Philadelphia Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Friday, July 21, 2023 from among all eligible Philadelphia Entries received during the Philadelphia Entry Period by the Administrator, an independent representative of the PL whose decisions are final. The Philadelphia Prize winner will receive the Philadelphia Prize via the email address provided at the time of entry on or about Friday, July 21, 2023.

If the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the Philadelphia Prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If PL is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if PL fails to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, PL reserves the right to not award such prize(s).

The Philadelphia Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at PL’s sole discretion. Atlanta Sweepstakes: Eligibility: The Premier League Trophy Hunt Atlanta Sweepstakes (“Atlanta Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals who, at the time of entry, are age 18 and older and legally reside in one (1) of the following counties in the state of Georgia: Bartow, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Hall, Haralson, Henry, Paulding, Pickens and Rockdale (collectively, the “Atlanta Trophy Area”). Step Three: Upon finding and placing a Trophy in your cabinet, tap the “Enter” button to access the sweepstakes entry form. Complete the sweepstakes entry form in its entirety and submit.
Step Four: Continue to use the Promotion Website’s trophy map to locate nineteen (19) additional Trophies hidden in the Signed Jersey Trophy Area and place each Trophy in your cabinet. Once you have placed twenty (20) Trophies in in your cabinet, you will receive one (1) entry into the Signed Jersey Sweepstakes (the “Signed Jersey Entry”).

There is a limit of one (1) Signed Jersey Entry per person. Incomplete or inaccurate Signed Jersey Entries shall be deemed void. Signed Jersey Sweepstakes: Random Drawing & Prize Award: The Signed Jersey Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Thursday, July 20, 2023 from among all eligible Signed Jersey Entries received during the Signed Jersey Entry Period by the Administrator, an independent representative of the PL whose decisions are final.

The potential Signed Jersey Prize winner will be notified by the Administrator via email and will be required to confirm their full name, shipping address, phone number and preferred signed jersey prize option within three (3) days via return email. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The Signed Jersey Prize will be sent to winner within 45 days of winner being verified.

If the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the Signed Jersey Prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If PL is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if PL fails to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, PL reserves the right to not award such prize(s).

The Signed Jersey Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at PL’s sole discretion. The Premier League Trophy Hunt At-Home Sweepstakes

At-Home Sweepstakes: Eligibility: The Premier League Trophy Hunt At-Home Sweepstakes (“At-Home Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. The At-Home Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 U.S./D.C. and wherever else prohibited by law.
At-Home Sweepstakes: Entry Period: The At-Home Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on Thursday, June 29, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, July 31, 2023 (the “At-Home Entry Period”).
At-Home Sweepstakes: How to Enter:

Step Two: Tap the “Enter” button to access the At-Home Sweepstakes entry form. Complete the At-Home Sweepstakes entry form in its entirety and submit to receive one (1) entry into the At-Home Sweepstakes (the “At-Home Entry”).

There is a limit of one (1) At-Home Entry per person. Incomplete or inaccurate At-Home Entries shall be deemed void. At-Home Entries must be received between 12:00:01 AM ET on Thursday, June 29, 2023 and 11:59:59 PM ET on Monday, July 31, 2023. The Promotion Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. All At-Home Entries become the property of the PL and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Employees of the PL and the Administrator and each of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win the Competition. The Competition and Entrants are subject to all applicable local laws. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Incomplete, illegible or corrupt entries will not constitute a valid Entry.
The PL and the Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any Entry which is, or a portion of it is, inappropriate, promotional, obscene, profane, lewd, derogatory, defamatory or violates any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined in the PL’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with the PL’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by the PL or the Administrator in its sole discretion.
There is a limit of one Prize per person in the Promotion. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a Prize. The PL and the Administrator shall not be obliged to accommodate any requests made by a Winner in relation to the Prize.
The Prizes are subject to availability and eligibility and the PL reserves the right to later amend, substitute or withdraw any element.
Each Winner is subject to verification by the PL and/or Administrator, and the PL and/or Administrator may request any reasonable documentation or proof of eligibility, including a valid residential address in United States and/or document demonstrating that an Entrant is over the age of eighteen (18) (as applicable).
The Released Parties, as defined below, are not responsible if this Promotion, including the Competitions, cannot be administered or conducted or any aspect of a Prize, is affected, amended, cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond PL’s control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts and advice of Governments, acts of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, national catastrophes, advice against any travel by any Government or official authority for any reason (including by way of example only and without limitation by reason of any actual or potential terrorist threat) and/or the World Health Organization or any internationally recognized medical authority for any reason or an event of force majeure. By participating in the Promotion, including the Competitions, Entrants agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible and that Prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Any and all state and/or local income and other taxes on the Prize is the Winner’s sole responsibility.
All information and personal data shall be controlled by the PL in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found at https://www.premierleague.com/privacy-policy. To the extent that any information contained within an Entry constitutes personal data (as defined in UK GDPR) is disclosed in relation to the Competition, the PL shall ensure that they and all their agents observe the requirements of applicable data protection legislation (and any amendments, schedules or revisions thereto) and shall protect the security, privacy and integrity of the personal data and personal data shall only be processed in accordance with these Official Rules and its privacy policy. The PL shall use the information in the applicable Entry for the purposes of administering the Competition only and no personal data shall be used for direct marketing.
By submitting an Entry, a Winner grants to the PL a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute any element of an Entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented, including any accompanying photographs of the Winner with a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the PL may make use of a Winner’s Entry, their proper name and country of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Competition, without payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
As a condition of entering the Promotion, each Entrant gives consent for PL to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties, including Administrator, for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Any information an Entrant provides to PL may be used to communicate with Entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion Winners list.
The PL shall not be liable or responsible for errors in the administration or fulfilment of the Competition, including without limitation mechanical, technical human, printing, distribution or production errors. The PL and Administrator shall be ultimately responsible for determining eligibility, in its sole discretion.
By participating in the Competitions, and any component of the Promotion, all Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with, and abide by, these Official Rules and the decisions of PL and the Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects. All Entrants agree to release the PL, Administrator, and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in Competitions, as well as the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each (the “Released Parties”), from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes offered. Entrants assume all liability for and Released Parties shall be held harmless against any liability for any injury, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or injury to property caused or claimed to be caused whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Competitions, acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, the Released Parties cannot accept any liability to any Entrant for any of the following types of loss which an Entrant may suffer as a result of their Entry:
1. loss which was not foreseeable to an Entrant and the Released Parties when the Entrant first entered any of the Competitions, (even if that loss results from the any of the Released Parties’ failure to comply with these Official Rules or its negligence);
2. any business loss an Entrant may suffer, including loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of any of the Released Parties’ default); or
3. loss which an Entrant suffers other than as a result of any of the Released Parties’ failure to comply with these Official Rules (or any typographical or other error contained herein) and any of the Released Parties’ negligence or breach of statutory duty.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. PL may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide PL with proof, to PL’s satisfaction, that such party is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by PL on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer and/or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. PL reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond PL’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event PL is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, PL shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, PL will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of PL. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

In the event of any breach by an Entrant of these Official Rules, the PL reserves the right to:
1. refuse entry into the Competition; or
2. disqualify an Entry and Entrants from the Competition.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, or the Released Parties in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of New York.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS.
