Son Heung-min (£11.0m) approaches Double Gameweek 36 in his best form of 2021/22 Fantasy Premier League.

The Tottenham Hotspur star has four double-figure hauls in his last six appearances, totalling 73 points thanks to eight goals and two assists.

While a home encounter with Arsenal in the second match of his DGW36 looks promising, Spurs' first match, away to Liverpool, somewhat limits Son's armband appeal.

Nonetheless, the South Korean has already enjoyed success against both his opponents this season, scoring in each of their previous meetings.

As the most-owned player in Fantasy, Mohamed Salah (£13.3m) is expected to remain the most-selected captain pick for Liverpool’s contests with Spurs and Aston Villa.

The Egyptian has averaged 8.5 points per match (ppm) at home to Spurs and 7.5ppm away to Villa in his Fantasy career at Liverpool.

Kevin De Bruyne (£11.9m) is another big-hitting midfielder who can bring in a huge return as Manchester City take on Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The Belgian has four goals and four assists in his last six appearances, with his total of 56 points at least 18 more than any other team-mate.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (£8.4m) and Joao Cancelo (£7.2m) offer alternatives in defence from the title rivals.

Alexander-Arnold has eight double-figure hauls this term, while Cancelo totalled 25 points against his DGW36 opponents earlier in 2021/22 Fantasy.

Other options

Chelsea and Arsenal provide further in-form options for DGW36.

Blues wing-back Marcos Alonso (£5.7m) offers multiple routes to returns against Wolves and Leeds United. He has 34 points in five appearances, thanks to two goals, an assist and two clean sheets.

Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka (£6.7m) faces Leeds and Chelsea on the back of two goals and two assists in his previous three appearances.
