Brentford are looking to become the first promoted side to complete a Premier League double over Arsenal since Blackburn Rovers in 1992/93.

Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 32 Premier League home matches against promoted sides (W27 D5), since a 1-0 defeat against Newcastle United in November 2010. The Gunners have only failed to score in one of those 32 contests, a goalless draw with Middlesbrough in October 2016.

Sergi Canos and Christian Norgaard scored Brentford’s goals in their 2-0 win over Arsenal in the reverse fixture. In the last 10 seasons, only one player at a promoted club has scored home and away against the Gunners, with Charlie Austin doing so for QPR in 2014/15.

Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has scored 12 London derby goals at Emirates Stadium. He’s the highest-scoring player in such fixtures at the ground in the competition.
