Learn how the postponement of all fixtures between Gameweeks 31-35 will impact teams in Fantasy Premier League Draft

After yesterday’s statement on the postponement of all Premier League fixtures until at least 30 April 2020, how is how it will affect Fantasy Premier League Draft.

The waiver deadlines for the following Gameweeks will remain at their scheduled times:

GW31 – Thu 19 Mar 19:00 GMT
GW32 – Fri 3 Apr 11:30 BST
GW33 – Thu 9 Apr 19:00 BST
GW34 – Fri 17 Apr 11:30 BST
GW35 – Fri 24 Apr 11:30 BST

After the waiver deadline passes, managers can transfer in an unlimited number of Free Agency players without any points deductions.

There are also no points hits occurred for managers who trade players with another manager in their Draft league.

The deadlines for the following Gameweeks will remain at their scheduled times:

GW31 - Fri 20 Mar 19:00 GMT
GW32 - Sat 4 Apr 11:30 BST
GW33 - Fri 10 Apr 19:00 BST
GW34 - Sat 18 Apr 11:30 BST
GW35 - Sat 25 Apr 11:30 BST

How does this affect Draft leagues?

As points deductions do not affect FPL Draft, each manager in a Classic league will score zero points, regardless of the number of transfers they make.

Matches in Head-to-Head leagues will be drawn and the managers will earn one point each.

What happens to the postponed fixtures?

It is the Premier League’s intention to reschedule the postponed fixtures when it is safe to do so.

Points scored in these fixtures will apply to the Gameweek in which the fixtures are played and not to Gameweeks 31-35.

What happens next?

In this fast-moving environment, the Premier League will provide further updates when appropriate.

These are exceptional circumstances and we appreciate the understanding of FPL managers while the situation evolves.
