Liverpool's injury concerns for their home match with Manchester United could disrupt a rich source of points for Fantasy Premier League managers.

Jurgen Klopp will assess midfielders Adam Lallana (£7.2m) and Georginio Wijnaldum (£7.7m) ahead of Monday evening's encounter, admitting that a tactical tweak may be required should they miss out.

Owned by 34% of Fantasy Premier League managers, Philippe Coutinho (£8.3m) could be asked to operate in a more withdrawn role should either fail to recover.

This could result in Roberto Firmino (£8.5m) moving to the left flank, with Daniel Sturridge (£9.9m) fielded through the middle in a 4-3-3.

Jose Mourinho's options for the Anfield meeting are boosted by the return of Luke Shaw (£5.5m) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (£8.9m) but both players may have to settle for a place on the bench.

Daley Blind (£5.6m) has impressed at left-back in recent matches and may retain his start ahead of Shaw, who is the seventh-most popular defender in FPL and resides in 15.7% of squads.

Pep Guardiola has confirmed that a host of injured players have stepped up their recovery ahead of Saturday's home fixture with Everton.

The potential return of Kevin De Bruyne (£10.6m) and Raheem Sterling (£8.6m) could be significant for FPL managers.

De Bruyne is joint-top of the midfield standings and Sterling is the third-most popular midfielder in FPL

De Bruyne has produced points in five of six appearances and sits joint-top of the midfield standings, averaging 8.2 points per match. Sterling is the third-most popular midfielder in FPL, residing in 24.9% of squads.

Sergio Aguero (£13.1m) allayed fears of a calf complaint by turning out for Argentina in midweek. Despite playing in the early hours of Wednesday morning, he looks in line to start up front against the Toffees.

Romelu Lukaku (£9.4m) has shrugged off a thigh complaint in time for the Etihad Stadium encounter. Everton's top scorer has produced five goals and an assist in his last four outings.

Ronald Koeman also welcomes back two of his first-choice back-four, with Leighton Baines (£5.5m) and Phil Jagielka (£5.1m) overcoming knocks.

Chelsea skipper John Terry (£5.4m) is in contention for the visit of champions Leicester City.

Antonio Conte opted for a 3-4-3 formation last time and faces a central defensive dilemma. Cesar Azpilicueta (£6.0m) featured as part of the back-three in Gameweek 7 but could shift to right wing-back to accommodate Terry's return.

The Blues will be without Willian (£7.2m), who has been afforded compassionate leave. Pedro (£7.1m) or Victor Moses (£5.5m) - if he recovers from a hamstring problem - could line up on the right of a front three.

Meanwhilie, Southampton's chances of a fourth successive clean sheet are dented by the news that first-choice full-backs Ryan Bertrand (£5.4m) and Cedric Soares (£5.0m) have been sidelined through injury.

Claude Puel may now turn to Matt Targett (£4.4m) and Cuco Martina (£4.3m) as the Saints face a Clarets side who have yet to score on their travels.
