Despite a big price difference between Sadio Mane (£9.8m) and Mohamed Salah (£13.0m) in Fantasy Premier League, only two points separate the Liverpool pair.
But looking beyond their respective hauls of 63 and 65 points, Fantasy expert Nick Harris says the Egyptian’s attacking numbers suggest he will eventually deliver greater returns.
"In terms of the underlying stats, Salah's actually vastly outperforming Mane," says Harris on the latest FPL Show.
"Salah's actually had 40 goal attempts, compared to Mane who's only had 22.
"Whilst in terms of chances created, Salah has had 20 compared to Mane's 11."
When asked if Salah will outperform Mane, Harris is in no doubt.
"Definitely," he said. "I mean, obviously at £13.0m you don't want him to be a passenger in your team that's getting two points and three points, but, I think he's finally delivering."
