Lucas Moura's first Premier League goal was a memorable one, a 20-yard curler against Fulham at Wembley.

But his favourite strike so far was the one he scored at Old Trafford on Matchweek 3.

The Tottenham Hotspur forward ran from the centre circle, beat Chris Smalling and fired past David De Gea to wrap up his side's 3-0 victory.

Lucas feels that this effort, which was his second goal of the match and his third in August, was a more typical example of his abilities.

It also helped him win the EA SPORTS Player of the Month award.

'Special to win'

"I think the goal against Fulham was very beautiful," says Lucas in the video above after receiving his award.

"But I prefer the second one against Manchester United because it's my style to run, to dribble and finish."

Lucas is only the fourth Brazilian to win the accolade, after Juninho, Edu and David Luiz.

"It's a good group," he says. "It's very special to win a trophy like this in the Premier League, because for me it's the most difficult championship in the world."
