1998: Arsenal 4-0 Everton

Arsene Wenger, in his first full season as manager of Arsenal, became the first non-British manager to win the Premier League as his side claimed the title with a home victory over Everton.

Slaven Bilic's own goal, a brace from Marc Overmars and a memorable strike goal from captain Tony Adams handed them the title with one match left to play.

The win gave Arsenal an unassailable lead at the top of the table as they celebrated their first PL crown.

Everton, meanwhile, were left in the bottom three, a point away from safety.

2015: Chelsea 1-0 Crystal Palace

Chelsea won their fourth Premier League title with victory over Crystal Palace.

Eden Hazard's header on the stroke of half-time was enough to decide the contest, as Chelsea moved 13 points clear with only three matches left to play.

It was manager Jose Mourinho's third Premier League title and his first in his second spell at Stamford Bridge.

Crystal Palace, meanwhile, were 12th and nine points off the bottom three.
