2005: Everton 4-0 Crystal Palace

James Vaughan became the Premier League’s youngest-ever goalscorer when he struck for Everton aged 16 years and 270 days in a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace.

On his debut, the teenager scored Everton's fourth goal to take the record of youngest PL goalscorer off of James Milner, who was 16 years and 356 days old when he netted for Leeds United against Sunderland in 2002.

Mikel Arteta and Tim Cahill, twice, were also on target at Goodison Park as the fourth-placed Toffees moved four points ahead of Liverpool. Palace remained in the relegation zone, two points from safety.

2012: Blackburn 2-3 Liverpool

Liverpool's Andy Carroll scored a stoppage-time winner to stop Blackburn Rovers from climbing out of the relegation zone.

The eighth-placed Reds were 2-0 up at Ewood Park thanks to a double from Maxi Rodriguez by the 16th minute.

Liverpool goalkeeper Doni was then sent off and, with Pepe Reina already suspended, third-choice Brad Jones came on for his club PL debut and immediately saved a Yakubu penalty.

Yakubu made amends by scoring twice to make it 2-2 but Carroll got a last-gasp winner from Daniel Agger's knockdown.
