Max Sanders scored with 11 minutes to go to give Brighton & Hove Albion a 1-1 draw against Fulham at Motspur Park.
The home side took the lead just before half-time with a fine strike from Jon Dagur Thorsteinsson but Sanders extended Brighton's unbeaten run to six matches with a neat finish on 79 minutes.
Fulham remain in fifth place, two points and one place ahead of Brighton.
