Chris Hughton says the match between Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace is the one that matters most to both sets of supporters.

It will be the first time the Premier League has featured the "M23 derby", named after the motorway that links the two clubs, 37 miles apart. But Hughton believes the key to victory may be treating like any other fixture.

"It’s a game where you have to try and take the emotions out of the game, but this is mostly a game about the supporters," the Brighton manager told the club's official website. “I would say, from both sets of supporters, this is the game they want to win the most.

“There will be some fans disappointed on Tuesday night, but we need to make sure we hold our composure and play well enough to make sure it’s not ours.”
