Danny Loader scored the winner as Reading claimed a 3-2 Division 2 victory at Stoke City.

After a goalless first half at St George's Park, Josh Barrett opened the scoring for Reading on 48 minutes.

But Tyrese Campbell tapped in 11 minutes later to equalise for the home side.

Barrett added a second and Loader made the score 3-1 and, although Shola Ayoola set up a nervy finish with three minutes to go, Reading hung on for their fourth win in five league matches.

Reading are third, four points behind leaders Middlesbrough, while Stoke are second bottom after a third defeat in a row.
