Over the last four years, Newcastle United Foundation has given almost 1,000 girls the opportunity to play the game through its Premier League Girls football programme.

And ahead of FA Girls' Football Week, BBC Match of the Day saw how the Foundation is helping girls keep active as first-team midfielder Isaac Hayden took part a coaching session at the club's training ground.
