Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes is among a host of Premier League stars who are supporting "Inside Matters", a campaign raising awareness of mental health and encouraging fans to check in on the wellbeing of others.
To help initiate conversations around mental health, players and managers from all Premier League clubs including Fernandes, Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins and Brentford head coach Thomas Frank have taken time out to get involved.
In the video above you can watch them calling friends, former team-mates and family members.
Their message is clear: Make a difference and make a call.
