Nottingham Forest have signed Murillo from Corinthians.
The 21-year-old Brazilian centre-back agrees to a five-year deal with Forest and will wear the No 40 shirt.
“It is a big club with a huge fanbase and I cannot wait to start playing at The City Ground,” Murillo told the club's official website.
“The Premier League is the best league in the world, so I can’t wait to test myself and give my all for this club.”

Murillo joined Corinthians's youth set-up in 2019 and went on to break into the first-team as he played 13 times in the league this year.
Steve Cooper’s latest addition to his side means there are now four Brazilian players in the squad. Felipe and Danilo signed last season while Andrey Santos joined on loan from Chelsea in this window.
