Jake Livermore (suspended) is absent as West Bromwich Albion look to build on their 1-1 draw at Liverpool with a first win for new head coach Sam Allardyce at home to Leeds United.

Diego Llorente is ruled out for Leeds, but Liam Cooper will be assessed before a decision is made on his availability.

Did you know?

Allardyce has won just one of his four home matches against Leeds in all competitions (D1 L2), with this his first meeting with them since a 2-2 draw in charge of West Ham United in August 2011.

West Brom have lost just one of their last six home league matches against Leeds (W4 D1), with that defeat coming in their only previous Premier League match against them at The Hawthorns, in August 2002.

Leeds are unbeaten in their last three league meetings with West Brom (W2 D1) and haven’t lost either of their Premier League matches against them, winning one and drawing the other in 2002/03.

Patrick Bamford's 10 goals after 15 Premier League matches are the most by a player for a promoted club at this stage of a season since Kevin Phillips' 13 in 15 matches for Sunderland in 1999/00.
