Derby County substitute Jordan Ibe netted a late equaliser from the penalty spot to cancel out Jensen Weir's 26th-minute opener for Brighton & Hove Albion.
Derby remain fourth in Division 1 while Brighton's first point in four matches moves them up to seventh spot.
