Newcastle United have completed the signing of Callum Wilson from AFC Bournemouth.

The 28-year-old striker has agreed a four-year deal with Newcastle and signed for an undisclosed fee.

Wilson spent six seasons with AFC Bournemouth after joining from hometown club Coventry City, and helped the south-coast side achieve their first-ever promotion to the Premier League in 2015.

He scored 41 goals and produced 12 assists in 126 top-flight appearances for the Cherries and has been capped four times by England.

His first Premier League goals came at West Ham when he scored a hat-trick in a 4-3 win at the Boleyn Ground in August 2015.
