The six players with the most combined votes will enter the Premier League Hall of Fame.
Lampard has been one of the competition’s most complete midfielders.
Lampard reached double-figures for goals in 10 consecutive seasons - another unique feat among midfielders - as he became Chelsea’s all-time leading scorer.
Named Player of the Season for 2004/05, he also surpassed a century of assists in the Premier League.
"At Chelsea, in my first period, I had Frank Lampard, probably the best player in the Premier League for one decade." – Jose Mourinho
"Aged 28, 29 he had everything, but he wasn’t happy with scoring 20 goals a season. As if that's not enough, he wanted to score 30. He wanted to break records and set records for the next generation to try and beat." – John Terry
"Lampard was incredibly reliable and consistent from box to box. He was end-to-end and hardly missed a game." – Sir Alex Ferguson
Lampard is one of only three players to both score and assist 100+ Premier League goals, along with Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs.
He holds the PL record for the most goals from outside the box, with 41, of which seven were for West Ham, 33 for Chelsea, and one for Man City.
Lampard scored against 39 different PL opponents, more than any player in the competition's history.
