How clubs and players are opening up to encourage others to talk about mental health

Over all of the Matchweek 26 fixtures, the Premier League and its clubs are giving support to the Heads Up Weekends campaign, launched by HRH Duke of Cambridge last week.

The campaign is aiming to raise the awareness of, and encourage a conversation around, the subject of mental health.
