The Fantasy Premier League experts have made two transfers for Gameweek 26, taking only their second hit of the season.
Manchester City's Sergio Aguero (£12.0m) and John Fleck (£5.1m) of Sheffield United join the FPL Experts Panel Team ahead of Saturday's 11:30 GMT deadline.
Aguero boasts excellent form going into a home contest with West Ham United, having scored six goals and registered one assist in the last four Gameweeks.
The Argentinian has averaged 7.8 points per start at Etihad Stadium in 2019/20 and is given the captain's armband by the experts.
Salah to profit?
Mohamed Salah (£12.7m) will assume the vice-captaincy for Liverpool's trip to Norwich City.
The Egyptian has amassed 90 points in the last 10 Gameweeks on his way to the top of the FPL player standings.
Salah faces a struggling defence who have conceded 25 goals at Carrow Road this season, the second-worst home record in the league.
Fleck offers good value at £5.1m and is a useful enabler for acquiring the more expensive Aguero.
The midfielder has 51 points in his last seven home matches. Fleck welcomes an AFC Bournemouth side that has leaked 12 goals in the previous six Gameweeks.
Wilcard on the way
Leicester City duo Jamie Vardy (£9.8m) and James Maddison (£7.6m) are those who make way ahead of their visit to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Between them the out-of-form pair have produced only one assist in their last four matches.
This week's moves are part of the experts' plan to use their Wildcard ahead of Gameweek 27.
In the last round of matches six of their squad did not start. They also currently have four players without a fixture in Gameweek 28.
What the experts say
Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily): With our wildcard set to be activated over the winter break this is the perfect time to bring in two players who others may avoid because of the blank in 28, even though they have lovely fixtures.
Paul Gee (@FPLPaulGee): I think a punt for Aguero as captain is worth the hit this week with Fleck the enabler with a great fixture.
Holly Shand (@FFCommunity_): Vardy and Maddison have been out of form for a while, so it seemed a good opportunity to punt on an in-form Aguero with a great fixture. A Wildcard comes very soon.
