Rosaire Longelo set Newcastle United on their way to a winning start to the year, beating Fulham 3-0 as they rose to eighth in Premier League 2 Division 2.
After a goalless opening 45 minutes at Newcastle United Academy, Longelo put the home side ahead on 64 minutes before Yannick Toure and Victor Fernandez added further late strikes.
Newcastle's first win in three matches takes them to 16 points, above Fulham who are 10th on 14 points.
