As expected, the start of the Jose Mourinho era at Tottenham Hotspur has created a positive response for Fantasy Premier League Draft managers.

Neither of Spurs' wins over West Ham United and Olympiacos in the past week have been dominant performances, but they certainly show the sort of bounce-back that gives FPL Draft managers hope they might get a productive player on a waiver.

Here are my recommendations for potentially available players you could pick up ahead of Gameweek 14.

GKP: Ben Foster (WAT)

Southampton’s home match against Watford looks to have all the makings of a goalless draw, so Foster is a viable starting goalkeeper if you don't like your current options.

DEF: Serge Aurier (TOT)

I'm all-in on the Aurier revival after a goal and two assists in Mourinho's first two matches in charge in all competitions. The fact Spurs have struggled defensively this season means he may still be available in your average eight-team league. If not, I might be inclined to take a risk on Reece James getting another start for Chelsea against West Ham.

MID: Todd Cantwell (NOR)

I'd love to push Sheffield United's John Fleck after his 13-point haul but that feels very much like an anomaly. I am, however, interested in Cantwell's return to form on the back of his goal against Everton last time out. The Norwich City midfielder now has a home match against an Arsenal side that are struggling to keep goals out. I'd also be looking at another Canaries midfielder, Onel Hernandez, for the same reason if Cantwell fails to recover from a minor knock.

FOR: Lys Mousset (SHU)

As usual, there aren't a lot of forward options available in eight-team leagues. But Mousset may still be up for grabs and should be the priority as it looks like he'll recover from the minor injury he suffered last weekend. If he's not available then Ashley Barnes is worth considering after ending his scoring drought with two goals in the last two Gameweeks. Michy Batshuayi is another to target if Tammy Abraham is ruled out for Chelsea with a hip problem.
