2002: Derby County 3-4 Everton

Four goals for Everton secured a win against Derby County to ease their relegation fears.

David Unsworth, Alan Stubbs and Niclas Alexandersson put Everton in control, but Derby substitute Branko Strupar gave them hope when he pulled a goal back just before the hour mark.

Duncan Ferguson restored Everton's advantage, but a late Derby rally brought goals from Lee Morris and a second for Strupar to set up a grandstand finale.

The defeat left Derby in 19th on 29 points, while Everton pulled four points clear of the relegation zone up to 13th with 36 points.
