Over the last three decades, Alex Williams has seen plenty of changes as an ambassador for City in the Community (CITC).
Since retiring as Manchester City goalkeeper in 1986, Williams has had a key role with the club's community arm, and reflected on thousands of people helped in the local area by a wide variety of programmes.
"It's very inspiring," Williams said. "It's great to see so many people doing so well through the great work of City in the Community. To see the transition over 30 years has been unbelievable."
As it celebrates its 30th anniversary this season, City in the Community will continue its extensive work in the local area, engaging 50,000 children, working with 120 primary schools every month as well as delivering 30 PL Girls sessions every week.
