Leicester City were beaten 3-0 by Wolfsburg at the King Power Stadium in their first fixture of their Premier League International Cup campaign.
Harvey Barnes’ header was ruled out for offside as Leicester started strongly, but the German side went ahead three minutes before half-time when Oscar Zawada scored from close-range after Sebastian Wimmer’s free-kick.
Anton Donkor then struck twice in the space of five second-half minutes to wrap up victory for the visitors, who are top of Group C after beating Liverpool in their first fixture. FC Porto are the other team in the group.
