West Ham United are looking for a first win in three Premier League matches, while Arsenal are targeting a second successive top-flight derby victory after beating Fulham.
West Ham's Marko Arnautovic is fit to face the Gunners after recovering from a back problem and may line up alongside new signing and former Gunner Samir Nasri.
Defender Fabian Balbuena (knee), however, is sidelined along with Winston Reid, Manuel Lanzini and Carloss Sanchez (all knee), Jack Wilshere (ankle), Andriy Yarmolenko (Achiilles), Ryan Fredericks (shin) and Chicharito (back).
Arsenal defenders Hector Bellerin (ankle), Laurent Koscielny (back), Shkodran Mustaafi (hamstring), Nacho Monreal (hamstring) and Dinos Mavropanos (groin) are all back in contention after returning to full training.
Mesut Ozil has also recovered from a knee injury but Henrikh Mkhitaryan (foot), Rob Holding (knee) and Danny Welbeck (ankle) are all out.
Arsenal are unbeaten in 11 away matches at West Ham in all competitions, since losing 1-0 in the Premier League in November 2006.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has scored in his last four PL London derbies, netting six goals and adding two assists.
Of the last 17 goals scored in PL matches between these teams, 15 have come in the second half.
West Ham have lost more PL matches against Arsenal, with 29, than they have against any other side.
