The sight of Kevin De Bruyne (£9.7m) back in training at the start of the week lifted the hearts of Manchester City fans. It also will have caught the eye of Fantasy Premier League managers.
The Belgian midfielder scored 209 FPL points last season, thanks to 18 assists and eight goals, but has not featured since Gameweek 1 due to a knee injury.
De Bruyne has made a quick recovery and on the latest FPL Show, expert Mark McGettigan says managers should make plans for his return to action.
"I've got David Silva [£8.5m], who I am probably going to move on pretty soon," McGettigan says. "Long term, De Bruyne is the Man City midfielder I am going to want.
"There's already so much rotation in the City midfield but when De Bruyne is fit and firing, he is the safest of them all."
