Andros Townsend and Jeffrey Schlupp (both ankle) have joined Crystal Palace's growing injury list.

Mamadou Sakho (calf), Joel Ward (groin), Scott Dann and Jason Puncheon (both knee) are long-term absentees. Ruben Loftus-Cheek (knock) is doubtful.

Loan signing Georges-Kevin Nkoudou will be part of the Burnley squad, Sean Dyche has confirmed.

Ben Mee (knock) should be fit but Chris Wood and Stephen Ward (both knee) are out and Scott Arfield (hamstring) is doubtful.

Did you know?

After losing nine of their opening 11 Premier League matches this season (W1 D1), Crystal Palace have lost one of the following 11 in the competition (W4 D6).

Burnley have won each of their last three PL matches against Crystal Palace and can beat a single side in four consecutive meetings for only the second time (also Hull City).

Burnley are unbeaten in each of their last three Premier League matches in London (W2 D1), this after losing 13 of their 15 previous visits to the capital (D2).

Only Arsenal and Everton (12 each) have gained more points from losing positions this season than Crystal Palace (11).

What the managers say

Roy Hodgson: "Both Jeffrey and Andros are on crutches. Jeffrey will have an operation on Monday, with him we are talking months rather than weeks. For Andros the news is slightly better."

Sean Dyche: “Nkoudou hasn’t played a lot, but we believe he is a player who has pace, is direct and a bit unknown."
