Marco Silva says Watford are a club with high ambitions and an exciting future ahead as he prepares for his first Premier League campaign at Vicarage Road.
The Portuguese head coach signed a two-year contract ahead of pre-season and, speaking in his first press conference since joining the club, is excited by the project he has ahead of him.
"What I like is the owner and the board," Silva told watfordfc.com. "They showed me the project and what I felt was a big motivation. I choose this club for the future. They have big motivation and big ambition to improve.
"We have one goal in our mind: to improve on the last two years."
Watford start the 2017/18 Premier League season with a home match against Liverpool on Saturday, 12 August.
