Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino was sent off at Liverpool for two yellow cards. As a result he is set to serve a one-match ban, missing the visit of Newcastle United in MW37.

Aston Villa's Jacob Ramsey also received a red card for two bookings at AFC Bournemouth in MW36 and is set to receive a one-match ban, missing out in MW37.

Ipswich Town defender Leif Davis received a straight red card for serious foul play against Arsenal in Matchweek 33, for which he has served a three-match suspension, returning in MW37.

Brighton & Hove Albion forward Joao Pedro was awarded a straight red card for violent conduct at Brentford in MW33 and served a three-match ban, also returning in MW37.
