Who is suspended?
Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson was shown a red card for serious foul play at Newcastle United in Matchweek 36. He is set to receive a three-match ban, which would rule him out for the rest of the season and the opening match of the 2025/26 campaign.
Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino was sent off at Liverpool for two yellow cards. As a result he is set to serve a one-match ban, missing the visit of Newcastle United in MW37.
Aston Villa's Jacob Ramsey also received a red card for two bookings at AFC Bournemouth in MW36 and is set to receive a one-match ban, missing out in MW37.
Ipswich Town defender Leif Davis received a straight red card for serious foul play against Arsenal in Matchweek 33, for which he has served a three-match suspension, returning in MW37.
Brighton & Hove Albion forward Joao Pedro was awarded a straight red card for violent conduct at Brentford in MW33 and served a three-match ban, also returning in MW37.
Accumulation of yellows
Players who receive 15 yellow cards before the end of a season are banned for three matches. There is no player at threat of receiving 15 bookings.
