FPL Challenge GW32 line-up
Keep faith in Haaland for Saturday's early kick-off

After being rested against Aston Villa in midweek, Manchester City's Erling Haaland (£14.3m) will surely be unleashed from the start at Crystal Palace.

Haaland’s numbers on the road suggest he will cause huge problems for the Eagles – he’s had 25 big chances in such matches - which is at least 12 more than any other player in Fantasy this season.

The official Man City team news will arrive at 11:30 BST on Saturday, an hour before the first deadline of Gameweek 32, so you can easily swap out the Norwegian if he is unexpectedly named on the bench again.

Bank on Everton and Arsenal’s set-piece threat

Everton and Arsenal have favourable matches that look very conducive to clean sheets.

At 15:00 BST on Saturday, Everton host a Burnley side who place among the bottom two in away matches this season for both shots and shots in the box.

On Saturday evening at 17:30 BST, Arsenal visit a Brighton & Hove Albion side who have scored only three goals in their last seven fixtures across all competitions.

Crucially, both Everton and Arsenal possess defenders who also boast a major goal threat at free-kicks and corners.

The Toffees’ James Tarkowski (£4.6m) places among the top five defenders this season for shots in the box and headed shots. Burnley, meanwhile, sit in the bottom four sides for conceding headed shots and shots from set-pieces.

For the Gunners, Gabriel’s (£5.3m) 11 shots, 10 shots in the box and seven shots on target all rank among the top two defenders from Gameweek 21 onwards.

Triple-up on Man Utd and Liverpool

It makes sense to go big on Man Utd and Liverpool for their match at Old Trafford, with three players from each side selected.

United goalkeeper Andre Onana (£4.9m) is picked purely for save points potential – he’s earned at least one of those in each of his last 10 appearances. While a clean sheet is very unlikely, it’s worth noting Onana made eight saves in the reverse fixture at Anfield, collecting 10 points in a 0-0 draw.

Bruno Fernandes (£8.2m) is finally showing some consistency, with his goal against Chelsea on Thursday making it just one blank in five matches for the Portuguese. After scoring twice at Stamford Bridge, Alejandro Garnacho (£4.9m) looks a bargain for Gameweek 32.

Alexis Mac Allister (£5.9m), meanwhile, is Liverpool’s form player – he has produced attacking returns in each of their last six matches in Fantasy.

Mohamed Salah (£13.4m) has to get the armband, which effectively means he will earn QUADRUPLE points as captain, with Darwin Nunez (£7.6m) also backed to deliver against a Man Utd side who rank among the bottom two for conceding shots in the box and big chances in their last four matches.

Pick Palmer with Gusto

Chelsea’s trip to Sheffield United gives Cole Palmer (£6.0m) every chance of extending his incredible run of form.

Palmer's hat-trick against Man Utd in midweek earned the midfielder his ninth double-figure score of 2023/24, more than any other player.

Palmer’s 27 shots, 13 shots on target and 18 key passes were the highest by any player in Fantasy across their last four matches.

Sheff Utd, meanwhile, have conceded 29 goals in their previous seven fixtures at Bramall Lane across all competitions.

Chelsea right-back Malo Gusto (£4.3m) merits the double-up here, having produced an assist in each of their last two matches on the road.
