  1. An Entry may be made by both UK and non-UK residents. Employees of the Football Association Premier League Limited (the “Premier League”) and anyone professionally connected or associated with the Competition (and any of their immediate families) are ineligible to win the prizes awarded in respect of the Competition (the “Prize(s)”), and if such a Participant would otherwise win any of the Prizes, such Prize(s) shall be awarded to an alternative Participant in accordance with term 12.
  1. You do not need to be 18 or over to make an Entry, but please see terms 21 – 23 if you are under 18 years of age, as these are supplementary terms that will apply to you when you make an Entry.
  1. No purchase of any item or service is necessary, nor payment required from you, in order to make an Entry. The sole consideration required from you is that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  1. No Entry may be submitted by agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted by the Premier League for any Entry that is lost, delayed, incomplete, damaged or corrupted for any reason. Any such Entry will be deemed void (concerning which the decision of the Premier League shall be final).
  1. Each Entry must be via a ‘tweet’ which includes (a) the hashtag ‘#FIFA17POTS”, and (b) a video of a goal which you scored in the association football simulation video game known as ‘FIFA 17’ (a “FIFA Goal”) using one of the following shortlisted players:
  • Eden Hazard
  • N'Golo Kante
  • Cesar Azpilicueta
  • Dele Alli
  • Alexis Sanchez

  1. Any personal information which you submit in connection with the Competition will be controlled in accordance with the Premier League's privacy policy and all UK legislation governing the same. For the avoidance of doubt, the Premier League will not disclose a Participant’s personal information to any other Participant unless (i) this is required under term 18 below, or (ii) the Premier League is required to do so by a competent authority or court within the United Kingdom.
  1. Unsuccessful Participants will not receive any notification of such.

  3. loss which you suffer other than as a result of the Premier League’s failure to comply with these terms and the Premier League’s negligence or breach of statutory duty; or
