Derby County made sure of their place in Premier League 2 Division 1 next season as they beat Chelsea 2-1 at Pride Park in their final match of the campaign.

Mason Bennett put Derby ahead from the edge of the area on the half hour but Chelsea replied with a goal from Ike Ugbo.

Kellan Gordon's deflected goal put Derby ahead again six minutes before half-time and the Rams hung on despite Chelsea, who had Trevoh Chalobah sent off, dominating the second half.
