Here's what to look out for over the next seven days, with pivotal international matches and then the Premier League's return, including a busy Saturday featuring EIGHT fixtures.

Euro 2024 qualifiers

There are key matches to be played as nations seek to quality for the 2024 European Championship by earning a top-two finish in their respective groups.

On Tuesday, England host Italy in a top-of-the-table clash in Group C, with the visitors having Tottenham Hotspur duo Guglielmo Vicario and Destiny Udogie in their squad.

A win for the Three Lions would secure the No 1 spot and qualification, and give Ukraine the chance to go second when Oleskandr Zincheko, Mykhailo Mudryk and their team-mates face Malta.

In Group G, second-placed Serbia - featuring Fulham’s Saka Lukic - host Montenegro, who are just two points behind them.

Press conferences

Premier League clubs' managers will face the media on Thursday and Friday to provide updates on their players' fitness and availability after their return from international duty.

Fantasy Premier League returns

Managers in Fantasy Premier League will have until 11:00 BST on Saturday to make transfers and finalise their teams.

Premier League action resumes

There are eight fixtures on Saturday, with Liverpool taking on local rivals Everton in the opening match, and Chelsea facing Arsenal in another derby later on.

Manchester United visit Sheffield United at 20:00 BST to finish the day.

On Sunday, Aston Villa, who are on a four-match unbeaten run in the Premier League, take on West Ham United, who have not lost in their last two matches.

Then on Monday there's another derby, as Spurs host Fulham at 20:00 BST.
