Having been sold by almost 100,000 Fantasy Premier League managers before Saturday's 11.30 am deadline, Mesut Ozil (£9.5m) is set to return to the Arsenal line-up for their visit to Swansea City.

Now in just 7.6% of FPL squads, the German is expected to slot back into Arsene Wenger's starting XI against a Swansea side who have let in 23 goals at the Liberty Stadium.

Hector Bellerin (£6.5m) will again miss out, however. Owned by 16.3% of FPL managers, the right-back's ankle problem makes him join Theo Walcott (£7.5m) on the sidelines.

Walcott's prolonged absence with a calf injury is likely to keep Alexis Sanchez (£11.9m) on the flank, with Olivier Giroud (£8.6m) leading the attack after three goals and two assists in the last three Gameweeks.

Nathan Ake, Chelsea training
The return of Nathan Ake to Chelsea will be watched closely by FPL managers

Chelsea will take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium with head coach Antonio Conte still pondering a role for Nathan Ake (£4.4m).

Recalled from his loan at AFC Bournemouth, Ake appears an unlikely starter having just returned to the Chelsea camp, although he could be on standby, with Conte remarking he had to assess one or two situations before deciding his line-up.

Manchester United will meet Liverpool on Sunday with Zlatan Ibrahimovic (£11.6m) and Marcos Rojo (£5.2m) set return.

Jose Mourinho was unable to confirm their availability but, having sat out the EFL Cup win over Hull City in midweek, both will be expected back.

For Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp has indicated Jordan Henderson (£6.3m) and Joel Matip (£5.3m) are back in training, suggesting they will face United.

Philippe Coutinho (£8.2m) could also be considered for a first start since an ankle injury.

Once owned by more than 1.9million FPL managers, the Brazilian is in just over 600,000 squads ahead of the Old Trafford match.

Elsewhere, West Bromwich Albion will have to make a daunting trip to Tottenham Hotspur without Jonny Evans (£4.5m) through injury.

Allan Nyom (£4.4m) also remains a doubt as West Brom seek clearance from Cameroon after his omission from their Africa Cup of Nations squad.

Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea - Premier League
Demand for Dele Alli meant that his price has risen £0.3m in value in the last 11 days

Those possible absentees will disrupt a West Brom backline who seek to contain Dele Alli (£8.6m).

The Spurs midfielder has been the top transfer target for Gameweek 21, rising £0.3m in value in the last 11 days, having scored 52 points via seven goals in his previous four starts.

West Ham United will host Crystal Palace without Dimitri Payet (£9.1m). The Frenchman is not considered for selection after his request to leave.

Palace could hand a debut to new signing Jeffrey Schlupp (£4.8m) after his move from Leicester City on Friday. Potentially used on the wing, Schlupp's role in the Palace line-up will be of real interest to FPL managers.

Payet's situation is mirrored at Southampton, where Jose Fonte (£5.4m) is also excluded ahead of a trip to Burnley.

Fonte's absence will open the way for Maya Yoshida to earn another start in the Southampton rearguard.

Yoshida scored in last weekend's FA Cup tie and, priced at just £4.2m, represents a short-term bargain acquisition.
