Matchweek 19 concludes the festive fixtures that have brought plenty of action in the Premier League.
Wednesday features a mouthwatering London battle between Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur at Selhurst Park.
Spurs have had a slow start after the World Cup, taking only one point in two matches. A win over Palace would be crucial in their challenge for a top-four spot.
Patrick Vieira’s Palace are fresh from a 2-0 win at AFC Bournemouth, and three points against Spurs could vault them into the top half of the table.
London is home to another major contest on Thursday, when Chelsea host Manchester City at Stamford Bridge. Both sides need a result to stay on course with their season goals.
Chelsea find themselves in ninth after a 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest. At the same time, Man City dropped two points at home to Everton as the gap between them and leaders Arsenal has grown to seven points. There will be no holding back in this match.

The highlight of Matchweek 19 is a feature of two of the top three sides with Arsenal welcoming third-place Newcastle United to the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
The cards could be aligning for the Gunners’ first league title since 2004, as they find themselves comfortably clear at the top. However, there will still be plenty of tests along the way, including this test against an upstart Newcastle side.
Newcastle have established themselves as one of the top sides this season. They will be itching to pull off a win on the road that would also strengthen their title challenge.
