Jurgen Klopp says he cannot wait to watch his Liverpool side take on Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, in a match he believes will be an exciting Premier League encounter.
The Merseysiders are looking for their first win of 2017 after being held by Sunderland in their last Premier League sortie, drawing 0-0 with Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup and, most recently, losing 1-0 to Southampton.
But victory in the 4pm GMT kick-off will put Liverpool within five points of leaders Chelsea and Klopp is upbeat about his side's prospects against Jose Mourinho’s side.
“We are excited about the opportunity to go there and show our best,” Klopp told liverpoolfc.com. “Nobody knows about the result.
“Everybody who wants a guarantee, don’t watch the game. Everybody who wants to see a real fight for a result, then watch it."
