Steve Bruce says Newcastle United will "be without a chunk of players" for the visit of West Bromwich Albion, but he has kept his cards close to his chest about his team selection.

West Brom report no fresh injury concerns, but will be unable to call on Matheus Pereira who is suspended. Conor Townsend (knee) remains sidelined.
