The Coronavirus pandemic has left many adults and children looking for ways to stay or keep active while at home.
The Stay In, Work Out site offers a selection of online exercise content that is free or available on an extended trial basis.
Whether it is meditation before mealtimes, targeting your abs and arms before a cup of tea or a spot of yoga in front of the TV, there is something for everyone.
And the kids are catered for too, including a free platform designed for teachers and parents to support home learning through activity.
And followers can share their experiences on social media to inspire others using #StayInWorkOut.
Welcome to a new campaign, powered by @officialsportengland, that’s all about reaching out, unwinding, and getting a little creative with how we get moving in and around the home. We’ll be posting inspiration, tips, and more from people across England - and want you to join in. pic.twitter.com/P4MnYg6IET— Stay In Work Out (@StayInWorkOut) March 26, 2020
