The Scout looks at players who have offered big value for money in 2019/20 Fantasy Premier League.
The Aston Villa playmaker sits joint-ninth among FPL midfielders, level with Raheem Sterling (£11.7m) of Manchester City on 118 points.
Grealish has scored seven goals and also supplied seven assists over his 26 Gameweek appearances.
Only the premium-priced trio Kevin De Bruyne (£10.6m), Sadio Mane (£12.4m) and Son Heung-min (£9.8m), have bettered both those totals among FPL midfielders.
Thanks to his all-round output, the Villa captain has earned 15 bonus points this season, the fifth-most among midfielders.
And the underlying statistics show why Grealish is among FPL’s most impressive creators in 2019/20.
His 69 key passes rank fourth in midfield and fifth overall.
By comparison, Villa’s second-best creator, John McGinn (£5.4m), has made only 27 chances.
Grealish has also been Villa’s main goal threat following their promotion from the Championship.
His 55 shots, 35 of which have come from inside the penalty area, are both team-leading totals.
Having started the season at £6.0m, Grealish currently costs £6.5m.
Yet despite that rise in price, he is the sixth-best midfielder in FPL in terms of value, returning 18.2 points per million.
Villa's remaining schedule further boosts Grealish’s potential for returns and he is likely to continue delivering.
