Ronald Koeman has urged his Everton attackers to step up in the absence of injured Yannick Bolasie, who may miss the rest of the season with knee-ligament damage.
“It’s a big loss for everybody," Koeman told evertonfc.com. “But it is an opportunity for other players who maybe have not played a lot in the last few weeks.

"We know we need competition, we need a big squad and it’s a big month coming up with a lot of games.
“I expect more from Ross Barkley but I expect more from other players offensively. The reaction he needs to show on the training pitch. That’s the best way."
