Stanley Asomugha and Rayhaan Tulloch put the Baggies 2-0 up inside 21 minutes, before Callum Morton's penalty made it 3-0 on 79 minutes.
Fabio Carvalho netted a stoppage-time consolation for Fulham, who drop to ninth in the table.
