Lifelong Crystal Palace fan Matt Sharp met first-team stars Wilfried Zaha, Julian Speroni and Jason Puncheon as he explained how he has benefitted from being part of the club's Powerchair football team.
Matt, who has Tourette syndrome and ADHD, has been able to compete again in the sport he loves thanks to Powerchair football and the Crystal Palace Foundation.
He was speaking at a special coaching session filmed for BT Sport as part of the new Premier League/BT Disability Sport Programme, which was launched last month.
"It's amazing. I just concentrate. I don't have any tics at all when I play and that's really turned my life around," he said.

The Crystal Palace Foundation has been supporting the Powerchair team for the past three seasons, but with money running out, it was at risk of folding had it not been for the new BT and Premier League Disability Fund.
The three-year funding will enable the Foundation to buy chairs for every player and grow the team.
"Matt has had a tough run in his life," said Crystal Palace Foundation disability manager Michael Harrington. "We look eachother in the eye and say 'people like us don't give up'. He says if he can do this, then he can do anything."
The PL/BT Disability Sport Programme is a three-year initiative that will create opportunities and inspire disabled people through sport.
