Huddersfield Town have signed 21-year-old striker Karlan Grant from Charlton Athletic.

Grant has joined for an undisclosed fee, signing a contract until the summer of 2022.

"This club believes in talented young players and Karlan certainly fits that description," new Huddersfield Town head coach, Jan Siewert, told the club's official website.

"He's a player I'm delighted to have the chance to work with."

Grant has scored 14 goals in League One during his breakthrough 2018/19 season and will wear the No 16 shirt.

He is Huddersfield's third signing of the January transfer window and is eligible to feature in the Premier League trip to Chelsea on Saturday.
